Post School Options Program (PSO)
Service Objectives – Provide support and services to adults with intellectual and/or multiple disabilities that enable them to achieve valued and adult life roles in the community. Our programs of continued education and community based activities facilitate opportunities associated with greater independence, increased productivity and maximum integration into the community.
Service Description – Both individually and small group tailored programs provide support and training for service users to gain greater access and participate in community based activities and centre based learning and skills maintenance. Programs include continuing education to develop skills and independence in a variety of life areas such as self-help, social skills, daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal grooming, money skills, shopping, literacy and numeracy, leisure and pre-vocational.
