The NSW Department of Ageing, Disability & Home Care provides funding on a quarterly basis. Some funding provided is on an individual service basis and the amount dependent on the level of support an individual service user requires while attending our programs. Individual funding is transportable and therefore should a service user choose to leave Northside they can take their funding to another service provider.
The Management Committee of Northside engage in a limited amount of fundraising and have also successfully applied for various community grants funding or donations from local Councils and Clubs in order to provide additional events such as camps, activities week, community development projects and research, and After Hours Pathfinders Activities programs. We also receive significant sponsorship for our innovative Supported Open Employment project from Roche Products Pty Ltd.
