The Association
Northside Enterprise Inc. is an incorporated association, being a legal entity in accordance with the Associations Incorporation Act 1984 (NSW). Membership of the Association is open to any person who is interested in the Post School programs for people with disabilities (PSO, CPP, TTW, Leisure Link, Life Choices, Supported Open Employment), and promoting the rights of young people with a disability and their integration into the community.
Membership of the Association is affected by nomination of a person by another member, and the acceptance of the nomination by the management committee. The secretary is required to maintain a register of members. Members must have a financial interest in the Association, and this is done by way of an admission fee and a yearly membership fee.
Each year at an Annual General Meeting the Association elects a Management Committee to run the affairs of the Association. The Management Committee is responsible to the Association and reports to the Association on its activities in the Annual Report presented to the Association at the Annual General Meeting.
