Biography
With over 20 years’ experience, I’m passionate about building equitable workplaces that are both high performing and inclusive. I believe cultural transformation cannot be a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach, needing to cater for the nuances and varying demographics and geographics of the workforce to be successful.
Other Roles and Qualifications
I’m an experienced leader in the people-related functions of Human Resources and People & Culture. Most recently, I was the Chief People Officer at The Arnott’s Group, a leading FMCG company.
My background includes leading strategies in employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, organisational design, talent development, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. At Arnott’s, instrumental in driving and enabling a culture of transformation — supporting the business through a divestiture and period of substantial growth; ensuring change is positively harnessed while also being respectful of the business’ long legacy and long-tenured employees. It was especially rewarding to see year-on-year growth in engagement data, which reflected the positive impact of those efforts.
I’ve worked across a range of industries, including defence and energy, and have led across numerous locations and regions, including the United States, New Zealand, Denmark, and Asia.
Why they serve on the Management Committee
As a member of the management committee, I’m deeply passionate about creating opportunities where participants can come together in a safe, supportive environment. I believe in the power of these spaces where people can have fun, learn new skills, build a sense of belonging, and contribute to a common purpose.
