Our Participant Representative Committee

Our Participant Representative Committee (PRC) advocates for participants by bringing their voice to families, caregivers, and the Management Committee. The PRC gathers feedback, raises concerns and makes suggestions so that all participants at Northside have a choice in decisions that affect them.

It continually pushes for improvements and works to provide new ideas and feedback to ensure our services stay person-centred, inclusive, and aligned with Northside’s values, while always representing the best interests of the participants.

Elections for the Participant Representative Committee (PRC) take place each year in December. During this time all Northside participants have the opportunity to nominate their peers who they believe will best represent their interests and concerns on the committee.
