to Employment
We offer person-centred, skill focused training to help secure and maintain meaningful employment. We provide expert training and support to help confidence and readiness for work.
Our current work experience and volunteering sites include meal delivery, retail and land care.
School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) programs
We are driven by individual participants needs and goals. Participants can choose between accessing employment related programs within our EmpowerMe - our active Day Program offering, or we provide participants 1:1 support on the job or at their vocational location. We supervise at the required ratios for their NDIS plan.
Employment Pathways for Mature Students (EPMS) programs
We meet our participants where they are and develop a tailored program to their needs and goals. Similar to the SLES program but with special attention to older participants we provide participants 1:1 support on the job or at their vocational location. We supervise at the required ratios for their NDIS plan.
