Fun Flexible Respite

Flexible Respite, formerly known as Flexible Respite, offers inclusive, engaging adventures that build friendships and foster social connections through shared experiences and fun-filled social activities.

Participants enjoy a variety of events tailored for maximum inclusion and enjoyment. Participants safely engage in social recreational outings with their peers and personal development programs.

Our program is planned in coordination with feedback and suggestions from our participants, families and staff with a variety of free or paid, local or in greater Sydney, daytime or evening, indoor or outdoor events, we ensure that we have options to suit every preference.

Breakfast Club

Regular Saturday and Sunday mornings spent within the local community enjoying brunch with peers, whilst promoting social connection, community engagement and life skills in a safe environment.

Weekend Outings

Exciting excursions to community festivals, cultural events, and entertainment venues, expanding participants' social horizons. promoting active participation, adventure, inclusion, whilst  enhancing confidence and social skills.

Dinner Club & Gig Night

Our evening social events where friendship and community is encouraged through dinner with peers or enjoying live music at the local club.

Disability Sports Programs

Active participation in sports and recreational programs.

Social Nights

A themed night where participants can dress to impress, while socialising, enjoying live entertainment, dancing and enjoying some delicious food.

Out of Hours (OOH) Programs

Some programs cross over with our mission to provide employment pathways, and we run leadership and personal development programs such as Lead the Way and Limitless Moves that are run after hours in the weekdays.
