Bushlink Field Supervisor — Disability Support Worker
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Field Supervisor to join our Bushlink team. In this role, you will lead a crew of supported employees, providing guidance and supervision while performing environmental and landscaping work across the Northern Beaches.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of disability support workers in the field.
Ensure all Work Health and Safety (WHS) protocols are followed on-site.
Provide on-the-job training and support to participants to help them reach their vocational goals.
Maintain high-quality standards for landscaping and environmental projects.
Foster an inclusive and supportive team environment.
About You
Strong leadership skills and experience in the disability sector.
A background in landscaping, horticulture, or environmental work (highly regarded).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Current Manual Driver’s License.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
