Biography
I bring over 15 years of experience working across the Financial Services, Healthcare, Advertising, and Hospitality industries. I have a background in leading large-scale people leadership businesses and creating cultures that transcend the workplace, with a strong focus on driving strategic transformation, stakeholder management, risk, and governance.

Expertise and Contribution
I am extremely passionate about the end-to-end customer experience and committed to delivering exceptional service through the organisations I serve. I was honoured to receive a CEO Award in 2024 for the Carla Zampatti, Women of Influence Award at Westpac and was a finalist in the Women in Banking and Finance Industry Awards in 2024 for my work in supporting over 2,000 women to reach their full potential.

Why they serve on the Management Committee
I am passionate about creating equality for all and providing the right support to those in need, in an environment that is inclusive, caring, fun, and inspiring. This is why I joined the Committee of Bushlink and Northside, to contribute to supporting and driving Northside’s mission into the future. 

Other Roles and Qualifications
I also serve on the Committee of Women of Westpac and mentor many individuals, particularly aspiring women. I hold a Commerce degree, majoring in Management and Marketing, from the University of Wollongong, and I continue to engage in professional development, having completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.
